The best airport to come to is Melbourne (MLB). You will probably fly Delta to reach Melbourne, and connect through Atlanta. You might fly Continental and connect through New York. If you are flying in on Spirit Airlines, I suggest that you rebook your flight. They cancel flights too often for my taste, you might arrive at the meeting a day later than you expect.
If you are allergic to Delta, I suggest that you fly into Orlando (MCO). It is about a 65 or 70 mile drive from Orlando to the hotel. Limousine or taxi from Orlando to the hotel would be very expensive. It would be cheaper to rent a car.

Transportation from the airport to the hotel is via a free shuttle that runs between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. It returns from the hotel to the airport on the hour.
Melbourne does have two or three taxis and they will eventually come when you call them. Rental cars are reasonably priced and are highly recommended.
