Logistics

Mailing list

The mailing list is test-patterns@egroups.com, http://www.egroups.com/group/test-patterns.

Getting to the area

Fly to Boston Logan.

(Another option is to fly into Manchester, New Hampshire and drive an hour south. Lexington is a northern suburb of Boston. Some people are able to get better fares to Manchester. Others prefer to avoid Logan, especially around rush hour. The standard route from Logan to Lexington goes through downtown Boston.)

Hotel

If you would like to stay in nearby in the Lexington/Burlington area, please see the hotels by Rational University (note: PoST III will be held down the street from the Rational University location.)

Warning: Hotel space is scarce in this area; don't wait until the last minute to book a room.

We expect that some people will be staying at the Boston Sheraton downtown. This is the conference hotel for the Test Automation Conference which will be held later in the week. We will try to help arrange car pools for such people.

Directions to Rational

We'll be meeting at the Rational Conference Center at 81 Hartwell Avenue in Lexington. (This is the same site as PoST I)

If you are staying at the Marriott, the first step is to go back to I95 and go south.

If you are staying elsewhere, get to I95 and head for exit 31B.

Directions to 81 Hartwell Avenue from I95.

Directions back to the airport

Reverse the directions from the airport. (Take I95 North, then I93 South, and follow the airport signs.) If you're leaving at 2:30 on Friday afternoon, the trip will take about 45 minutes, modulo bad weather or accidents.
