for learning. I much like Esther's addition: "make the most
generous possible interpretation".
Ben Hyde has a discussion
of
what
happens as firms get ahead of their customers.
The point of this chart is that over time a firm's product offerings
begin to outstrip the ablity of the customers to absorb all the
functionality the product offers.
